Cancellation Policy

In line with BikerShoppee’s commitment to ensuring user satisfaction, all returns or cancellations of products by customers shall be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. Customers are required to review and understand the terms of this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, it is advised not to accept the Terms of Use and cease using the Platform immediately. By initiating a request to purchase a product(s) on the Platform, you accept the unmodified terms contained herein and agree to be bound by them.

In cases of Extenuating Circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

  1. Cancellation by BikerShoppee: There may be instances where BikerShoppee is unable to accept certain orders and must proceed with cancellation. BikerShoppee reserves the unilateral right to decline or annul any order at its discretion. Circumstances leading to order cancellation may include, but are not limited to, unavailability of the product or requested quantities, absence of the service, inaccuracies or discrepancies in pricing details, or issues identified by BikerShoppee. Additionally, BikerShoppee may necessitate supplementary verifications or information prior to order acceptance. BikerShoppee shall communicate with You in the event of partial or complete order cancellation or if additional information is required for order acceptance. Should Your order be cancelled subsequent to the debit of Your credit card, the respective amount shall be refunded to Your account. It is noted that a promo code, once utilized, is non-refundable in case of order cancellation by either the Customer or BikerShoppee.

 

  1. Cancellation by the User: Upon requests for order cancellations, BikerShoppee reserves the discretion to either accept or decline such requests, without limitation. In adherence to customary business practices, if BikerShoppee receives a cancellation notice and the order remains unprocessed or unapproved, BikerShoppee will proceed to cancel the order and reimburse the entire amount to You within a reasonable timeframe. BikerShoppee shall not entertain cancellations for orders that have already undergone processing. The determination of whether an order has been processed lies solely with BikerShoppee, and You consent to refrain from disputing BikerShoppee’s decision and acknowledge acceptance of BikerShoppee’s verdict concerning the cancellation.

 

  1. Bulk Orders: BikerShoppee retains the authority to annul any orders categorized as ‘Bulk Order,’ determined by BikerShoppee based on specific criteria. Any Promo Code utilized for a ‘Bulk Order’ shall not be subject to refund in accordance with this cancellation policy. An order may be designated as a ‘Bulk Order’ if it satisfies the following criteria, which are not exhaustive but inclusive of:
  • Products procured are intended for commercial resale rather than personal consumption.
  • Multiple orders for the same product are placed at identical addresses.
  • A substantial quantity of the same product is ordered in bulk.
  • The order details contain an invalid address.
  • Malpractice is employed in the order placement process.

 

Terms of Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation Procedure:
  • Customers are entitled to fully or partially cancel orders prior to dispatch from Bandidos.
  • Upon order placement and subsequent handover of Product(s) to its Logistic Partner by Bandidos, customers receive a unique tracking identity number facilitating monitoring of delivery status.
  • Before dispatch, if a customer elects to cancel the purchase, they must contact Bandidos to initiate the cancellation process. This can be done by directly contacting the Customer Care Department via call or WhatsApp (Mobile no:089499 98280) and providing order details, including the order number.
  • Refunds, excluding returns to Bandidos Wallet, are subject to appropriate charges (2.5% of invoiced amount) for payment gateway processing fees.
  • For payments made via EMI options or third-party financial assistance (credit cards or EMI cards), refund charges may vary depending on related processing costs from third parties, which will be deducted from the invoiced amount during refund.
  1. Cancellation after Dispatch:
  • Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted unless under extenuating circumstances.
  • In such cases, customers must return the product according to our return and refund policy after delivery.
