Terms of Offer for Sale

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF OFFER FOR SALE BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE

Business

1. BikerShoppee.com serves as a platform facilitating the online sale and purchase of branded merchandise and services (“Services”) offered by various affiliates, registered merchants, vendors, and service providers (“Vendors”). Users access these Services through various modes, including the sale of vouchers redeemable for products and services, and direct product purchases. Vendors are responsible for the products sold or voucher redemptions.
2. BikerShoppee.com reserves the right to change or discontinue any Service without notice. Additionally, we may modify purchase procedures or conditions to adapt to changes. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any aspect of the Services.

Vouchers

1. Users meeting the eligibility criteria specified under the Terms of Use on the homepage may purchase vouchers of specific monetary value.
2. BikerShoppee facilitates the provision of pre-negotiated deals for specific products/services at agreed prices. Voucher purchases are subject to the Terms of Offer For Sale and other specified terms by the Vendor.
3. Each voucher includes redemption instructions, including offer periods or expiry dates. Users must adhere to these instructions. Vouchers are specific to the selected product/service category and cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Vouchers are non-refundable once sold. Only one voucher is allowed per transaction.
5. Neither BikerShoppee nor the Vendors shall be liable for lost, misplaced, or destroyed vouchers.

Product

1. BikerShoppee offers a variety of branded products at agreed prices, subject to the Terms of Offer For Sale and additional terms specified by the Vendor.
2. We provide shipping for all products, subject to our policy, which may change without notice. Octroi charges, if applicable, are borne by BikerShoppee.
3. Products are governed by warranties provided by the manufacturer/brands. Seller warranties, if applicable, are specified in product details.

Services

1. Users assume responsibility for utilizing purchased services, and BikerShoppee shall not be liable for any actions resulting from such utilization.
2. Users represent they are of legal age to form a binding contract with BikerShoppee.
3. BikerShoppee shall not be responsible for any payment deficiencies for purchased services.
4. Refunds for purchased services are not provided unless errors directly attributable to BikerShoppee occur.

Pricing Information

1. While we strive to offer competitive prices, we do not guarantee the lowest prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. While BikerShoppee endeavors to present accurate product, service, and pricing information, errors such as typographical mistakes may occur. Should a product or service be listed with an incorrect price or information due to such an error, BikerShoppee reserves the right, at its discretion, to contact you for clarification or to cancel your order and inform you accordingly. In such instances, BikerShoppee may adjust the price of the product or service and contact you via the email address provided during registration for further instructions, or proceed with canceling the order and notifying you accordingly. If BikerShoppee cancels an order after payment processing, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account.

Delivery of Product

Before proceeding with your purchase, your shipping address and pin code will be verified against the BikerShoppee database. If your order cannot be serviced by our delivery partners or the area is not covered, we will request an alternate shipping address that is within our partner/merchant’s delivery range. BikerShoppee will not be held responsible for non-delivery of products to areas not covered by our service.

When multiple products are ordered in a single transaction, BikerShoppee will make every effort to ship all items together. However, due to product characteristics or logistical constraints, this may not always be feasible. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, please book separate orders for each delivery address.

Governing Law

1. These Terms of Offer For Sale and the relationship between the parties herein, namely, You and BikerShoppee, shall be subject to the laws of India, without prejudice to principles of conflict of laws.
2. You hereby agree that any claims, differences, or disputes arising under or in connection with the Terms of Offer For Sale, transactions conducted on or through the Website, or the relationship between You and BikerShoppee, shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at Thrissur. You expressly consent to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts by virtue of utilizing the services offered by BikerShoppee.
